Payment options

1. Credit Card payments are accepted via our online store or over the phone if you prefer. Our payment gateway requires the card holders name, card number, expiry date, and card verification number. An email receipt is sent instantaneously upon approval of transaction.

   Please note that you will need to contact us when you make a direct deposit so your payment can be verified. All payments by direct deposit will not be applied to sales until we have received confirmation of payment from you.

Orders

We aim to fill all orders within 3 weeks of orders being placed. If an item is out of stock we will let you know immediately of expected delays. We have experienced delays when stock is unavailable from our suppliers for some time. Although we try to keep our supplies in stock, from time to time delays can be unavoidable and we can not be held responsible for this.

Shipping

All our orders are sent via Australia Post. Costs will be calculated as part of the checkout stage of the online store and are calculated based on the size and destination of your order. We don’t have a showroom or shop front so we do not offer a pickup option. All orders include a tax invoice.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges can be made if the garment has not been altered, damaged, worn, soiled or laundered. Any garment with embroidery can not be exchanged. Claims for refunds or returns will only be processed within fourteen days of invoice date. Claims made after fourteen days are at the sole discretion of Infectious Clothing Company P/L. All returns must have a copy of the invoice issued. All returns are to be sent to our Sydney office at the expense of the buyer, non refundable. In the event that the product is faulty or a manufacture error, replacement shipping and handling charges will not apply.

Privacy:

The information you supply will be used to process orders, respond to inquiries and notify you of promotions and announcements if you have previously provided your permission. We will also use this information to supply you with requested information on products and services.

All credit card details are deleted after use as required by our merchant banking agreement with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
